Get Stronger Hamstrings, Glutes & Core - Leg Curl On The Fitball

Like the title states, if you want to work on strengthening your Hamstrings and Glutes, PLUS having some focus on core, then Leg Curl on the Fitball is a great exercise for you to use

Please note, if you haven’t done this exercise before then just watch out for those lovely cramps in the hammies!

Work up towards doing 3 sets of approximately 10 reps
