There is SO much going on here with this exercise and the beauty of it is… you don’t need lots of equipment or a fancy machine to do it

We have one of our clients, Yasmin performing the rows with 2 Kettlebells. The great thing is, you could use Dumbells or in my opinion, any sort of weight which you could lift off the ground
