Our aim is to not only get you stronger and fitter, it’s also to improve your movement outside of the gym. If you have ongoing niggles (i.e. shoulder/knee/back pain etc, then it’s likely we can help you out.

Do you need some help with your nutrition? We can certainly help you with that too. We not only talk about food types and just how much you should be eating. We also go over some of the reasons WHY you might be struggling with your weight loss, and teach you how to eat, without making you feel like you’re missing out on some of your favourite foods

We have 2 membership types, and they are explained below

 

Platinum Membership

Our platinum membership gives you access to ALL classes above (excluding Youth Boxing For Fitness)

In particular, you get access to our SGPT Classes which is classified as our more Small Group Personal Training classes.

These classes provide individualised programming as well as coaching on the techniques we’ve attained through doing various workshops over the last 19 years. 

You'll acquire strength, movement, and conditioning methods, which we've learned at workshops from some of the world’s best courses and coaches.

This includes the RKC (Russian Kettlebell Certification), movement, and strength coaches, such as Ido Portal, plus many more!

We teach you the in’s and out’s of training safely and effectively.

On top of this, these classes will give you the accountability, motivation and tools needed to get in best shape and strength of your life

Note, you also get access to our Boxing for Fitness and Yoga classes too!

 

Gold Membership

Our gold membership gives you access to our Boxing & Kickboxing For Fitness classes, plus our Yoga classes. For more info on class types, please click here.
